The spatial arrangement is inverted: two bedrooms are located at ground floor, ensuring privacy and separation, while the living, dining, and kitchen areas are positioned at lower ground level, opening directly onto a sunken garden. This layout enhances natural light, cross-ventilation, and views into greenery, while also creating a distinct flow between quiet and social zones.
 

Beyond its formal and spatial clarity, the project embraces biophilic design principles, including an indoor green wall that introduces a layer of softness and connection to nature within the core of the home. Materials and finishes are natural and calming, chosen to reinforce a sense of wellbeing.
