After receiving the client’s comments and understanding their requirements, preferences, and needs, following a detailed site survey, we explore contemporary, functional design solutions and present them through both 2D drawings and 3D models, helping you visualise space, layout, and atmosphere with clarity.

Our service continues well beyond the design Stage. During application submission, we manage the process, respond to Council feedback, and prepare any required amendments throughout the review. We also provide support during construction, offering design supervision and coordination to help ensure your project is delivered as intended.

To accurately define the Scope of Work and provide a clear framework for each project, as well as to ensure transparent and structured quotations, we’ve organised our services into key Stages that reflect the practical needs of residential and none residential projects in London.
